The decking set, consisting of elastic rubber seals and decking slabs (rubber-reinforced concrete or reinforced concrete), is designed to cover a single section of a crane runway track of the required width (slab multiples of 3250 mm, 3020 mm, 2140 mm, 1950 mm, 1300 mm) on reinforced concrete or wooden sleepers with R65 rails and any type of rail fastening.
The decking design provides the ability to:

install in a short time;

extend the service life of the adjacent surface at the junction with the decking;

perform rapid installation (dismantling) of the decking for technical maintenance works on crane runway track elements;

reuse the decking slabs multiple times, including for temporary road crossings over railway tracks during loading and unloading operations;

form a level loading and unloading area with the possibility of vehicle passage with an axle load of up to 13 t.
At the customer’s request, the manufacturer can produce decking slabs from high-strength reinforced concrete without a rubber coating, which increases the axle load from passing vehicles.
The decking for crane runway tracks complies with the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 dated 17 July 2015 “On confirmation of production of Russian industrial products”.
