Rubber-reinforced concrete decking A1.PZhDp.000 complies with the requirements of TU 22.19.73.110-001-78969127-2018.
The decking set A1.PZhDp.000, consisting of inner and outer slabs, is designed for constructing a pedestrian crossing of the required width across 1 railway track (slab multiples of 1300 mm, 1625 mm, 2275 mm) on reinforced concrete or wooden sleepers with R65 rails and DO, KD-65, KB-65, ZhBR-65, ARS fastenings.
Installation of the decking on railway tracks with R-50 rails is possible only on wooden sleepers.
The decking design provides the ability to:

install on straight or curved sections of railway track with R≥60 m;

perform rapid installation (dismantling) of the decking for technical maintenance works on the railway track;

reuse the decking slabs multiple times, including for temporary pedestrian crossings across railway tracks during construction works;

use a rubber-reinforced concrete insert slab (IS) for laying in the inter-track space and forming a uniform pedestrian crossing across the required number of tracks.
Decking, project A1.PZhDp.000, complies with the requirements of TU 22.19.73.110-001-78969127-2018 and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 dated 17 July 2015 “On confirmation of production of Russian industrial products”.
