The decking, project A1.RK.000, is designed for installation at railway crossings in straight and curved sections of railway track to ensure safe, convenient and rapid crossing of railway tracks by vehicles at the same level as the top of the rail head.
The decking provides a reduced noise level, softens the load from moving vehicles on the track superstructure, and is resistant to acids, alkalis, and road de-icing agents in winter.
The decking is installed on railway tracks with R65 rails with the following rail fastenings:

ARS-4 on type Sh-ARS reinforced concrete sleepers;

ZhBR-65Sh and ZhBR-65PShM on type Sh3/Sh3-D reinforced concrete sleepers;
-
W-30 on type Sh5-DF reinforced concrete sleepers;
-
PFK-350 on type ShP-350 reinforced concrete sleepers;
-
KB-65 on type Sh1 reinforced concrete sleepers.
The decking is used on railway tracks with a sleeper density of 1840 pcs/km and is designed for the passage of vehicles with an axle load of up to 13 t/axle.
The basic configuration of the decking for installation on a single-track section of railway track has a width of 6552 mm.
The decking design is modular and provides the ability to:

cover a crossing of the required width (slab multiples of 546 mm or 1092 mm);

create a rigid monolithic structure that prevents the formation of gaps (through the use of longitudinal tie rods);

perform partial dismantling of the decking without the use of lifting mechanisms and without interrupting train and vehicle traffic;
-
dismantle (install) the decking without damaging the road surface and preventing its destruction at the junction;
-
install the decking on straight and (or) curved sections of railway track;

use support blocks and (or) clamping beams to ensure tight adhesion of the outer decking slabs to the rail.
