Rubber profiles for tram tracks with RT-62 rails

TU 22.19.73-003-47623493-2022
Rail-side rubber profiles are special elastic elements designed for installation in the rail grooves during the construction and reconstruction of tram tracks as part of a prefabricated track structure with large-sized reinforced concrete slabs or with asphalt concrete surfacing.
The profiles provide effective reduction of noise and vibration levels, increase track durability, reduce operating costs, and ensure tram traffic safety and the comfort of passengers and residents of adjacent areas.

Rubber profiles are manufactured from modern rubber compounds based on natural or synthetic rubber with the addition of various additives.

Depending on the rail type (RT-62), the track structure (concrete slabs and their type, asphalt surfacing, etc.) and the installation location of the profiles (inside the track gauge, outside), profiles of various cross-sectional shapes and standard sizes are manufactured.

The profiles provide effective reduction of noise and vibration levels, increase track durability, reduce operating costs, and ensure tram traffic safety and the comfort of passengers and residents of adjacent areas.
