Filling profile ZP-1 (crossing decking NP-1)

Filling profiles are elastic elements installed in the space between the rail and adjacent structures to level the floor surface and ensure safe movement of wheeled vehicles and pedestrians.
The installation of profiles solves several practical tasks at once — filling the gap for convenience and safety of movement, ensuring tight adhesion and fixing of the coating structures, and reducing the level of vibration and noise from traffic.

Filling profiles are designed to provide a level floor surface where technological openings are present.

Available versions:

  • rubber;

  • polymer-quartz.

Size: 1000 × 205/200/175 × 80 mm

Examples of use:

  • in inspection pit sumps at transport infrastructure facilities (metro depots, tram depots, railway depots, garages for servicing road vehicles and tractor equipment) to close technological openings used for rail fastenings, cable routes, and channels for process liquid drainage;

  • for covering (closing) crane runway tracks to allow unobstructed vehicle passage and to protect the tracks from contamination.

The filling profile design is modular, which allows rapid installation/dismantling (full or partial), and provides access to the necessary utilities (during their laying, maintenance or emergencies), rail fastening elements and/or other objects.

The filling profile is made of a high-strength material resistant to UV radiation, has an aesthetic appearance and an ergonomic surface shape, is non-slip, resistant to aggressive media, and has high strength and wear resistance. The polymer-quartz material is easily machined with hand-held power tools (installation at any angle is possible).

ZP-1 (NP-1) is manufactured from rubber or polymer-quartz material.

Dimensions: 1000 × 205/200/175 × 80 mm

At the customer’s request, filling profiles can be manufactured in other standard sizes.
