The rubber-reinforced concrete decking, project A1.RB.000, consists of rubber-reinforced concrete slabs and elastic rubber sealing profiles that provide rigidity to the overall structure:

internal seals secure the slabs between the rails;

external seals ensure tight adhesion of the outer slabs.
The decking can be installed both on straight sections (3.25, 3.02 and 2.14 m) and on curved (radius) sections of track (1.3 m) with R65 and R50 rails, with all types of rail fastenings for reinforced concrete and wooden sleepers, as well as type III-MB sleepers for metro applications, and is a modular structure that allows a crossing of the required width to be covered in multiples of 3.25, 3.02, 2.14 and 1.3 m.
