Technical fire-resistant plate — a rolled material made from a special rubber compound with fabric inserts. Designed for the manufacture of protective screens, deckings, and sealing gaskets in industrial equipment assemblies.
The rubber compound includes fire-retardant components that prevent ignition. Fabric reinforcement increases the mechanical strength of the material, its tensile strength and resistance to deformation under load, and helps it retain its shape under mechanical stress.
The plate is manufactured in widths of 1000–1200 mm and thicknesses of 9–11 mm, and contains from 3 to 5 fabric layers. The operating temperature range is from −30 to +50 °C. At the customer’s request, it is possible to manufacture it with other dimensions and specified strength parameters.
