Surface preparation
The cement base is prepared using shot blasting or with the use of milling and grinding equipment. The old base must be completely removed. If work is carried out on a polymer base, check its integrity, as well as test the quality of adhesion.
All seams and cracks are cut open and cleaned. Chips on the surface also need to be cleaned.
After mechanical cleaning, the surface is dedusted using industrial vacuum cleaners.
Working procedure
Use rollers, brushes (solvent-resistant); airless spraying. After taking the material, tightly close the container. Do not allow water to enter the material! When priming for coatings, apply until a uniform wet concrete appearance is achieved – complete closing of pores (1-2 layers).
When installing an impregnation (stand-alone coating) – until a uniform glossy surface appears (2-3 layers).
Layer-by-layer drying 2-6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Consumption per layer 100-300 g/m².
Important instructions
Store the product strictly in a tightly closed package, in a warehouse where the air temperature does not exceed 30°C and at a distance of at least 1 m from existing heating elements.
The warranty, subject to the specified storage conditions, is 1 year.
Operational safety
When working with the compound, use safety glasses, gloves, overalls, or other protective clothing. If the compound gets into the eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes and immediately seek medical help.
The workplace must be well ventilated.
