The pedestrian decking set, project A1.RB.000, consisting of elastic rubber seals and inner and outer slabs, is designed to cover a single-track section of railway track of the required width (slab multiples of 1300 mm, 1605 mm, 2140 mm) with any type of rail fastening and R65 rails on reinforced concrete or wooden sleepers, or with R50 rails on wooden sleepers.
The pedestrian decking design provides the ability to:

install on straight or curved sections of railway track with R≥60 m;

construct a pedestrian crossing of the required width for various passenger flows (slab multiples of 1300 mm, 1605 mm, 2140 mm);

extend the service life of the surface at the junction with the decking;

perform rapid dismantling (installation) of the decking for technical maintenance works on the railway track;

reuse the decking slabs multiple times, including for temporary pedestrian crossings across railway tracks during construction works.
Decking, project A1.RB.000, has been developed in accordance with the requirements of GOST 33477-2015 “System for development and launching of products into production. Technical means of railway infrastructure” and complies with the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 dated 17 July 2015 “On confirmation of production of Russian industrial products”.
At the customer’s request, the manufacturer can produce decking slabs from high-strength reinforced concrete without a rubber coating, which increases the permissible weight load.
