The composite material of the decking has high impact resistance, moisture resistance, a non-slip effect, and is resistant to sharp fluctuations in ambient temperature and aggressive environments (road de-icing agents, salts, etc.).
The modular design of the decking for pedestrian crossings, project A1.PP.000, provides the ability to:
-
cover a pedestrian crossing across railway tracks of the required width (width of the additional module is 545 mm);
-
create a single covering for a pedestrian crossing across the required number of tracks (using the modular block insert A1.PPBV.000 of the required size);
-
install the decking at any angle;
-
perform rapid installation (dismantling) of the decking for technical maintenance works on the railway track;
-
reuse the decking multiple times, including for temporary pedestrian crossings during repair works on the railway track.
Installation of the decking is performed without the use of lifting mechanisms and without interrupting the train schedule (no technological “window” is required).
Decking, project A1.PP.000, has been developed in accordance with the requirements of GOST 33477-2015 “System for development and launching of products into production. Technical means of railway infrastructure” and complies with the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 dated 17 July 2015 “On confirmation of production of Russian industrial products”.
Decking, project A1.PP.000, is registered in the network classifier of material and technical resources system (SK MTR code 2539410403).
