Rubber covers are used together with reinforced concrete half-sleepers (LVT-M, LVT-M1 blocks) on metro tracks in a ballastless track superstructure with reduced vibration. The covers support elastic pads with trapezoidal reinforced concrete blocks and are cast into the track concrete.
The covers are manufactured from styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR).
Warranty period: 3 years from the date of their installation in the railway track.
