Clamping beam for railway crossing A1.BPR.000

Clamping beam, project A1.BPR.000, consisting of reinforced concrete and reinforced with a metal channel, ensures an extended service life of any crossing decking structure by improving its strength characteristics in the areas adjacent to the road surface.

The design of the beam ensures ease of installation, gives the railway crossing a modern aesthetic appearance, requires no maintenance and is intended for use on public and non-public railway tracks, metro tracks and tram tracks.

Advantages of using clamping beam A1.BPR.000:

  • prevention of road surface destruction in the junction zone with the outer slabs of the crossing decking;

  • ensuring a level arrangement of the crossing and road surfaces;

  • no need for maintenance or replacement of the road surface in the area adjacent to the crossing when performing maintenance works on railway infrastructure;

  • improved comfort when crossing the crossing by road transport;

  • compatibility with any type of crossing decking;

  • extended service life of the crossing surface by reducing the dynamic impact on the edge of the outer crossing slab.

Clamping beam, project A1.BPR.000, has been developed in accordance with the requirements of GOST 33477-2015 “System for development and launching of products into production. Technical means of railway infrastructure” and complies with the requirements of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 dated 17 July 2015 “On confirmation of production of Russian industrial products”.

Clamping beam, project A1.BPR.000, is registered in the network classifier of material and technical resources system (SK MTR code – 5824210000/5824210007).
